GREYCLIFFE disaster

On 3 November 1927, RMS TAHITI came into collision with the Sydney ferry GREYCLIFFE off Bradleys Head. The ferry sunk with the loss of 40 lives.

Photographer Samuel J Hood arrived at the scene and captured the chaos and drama surrounding the tragedy.
