This photograph was taken by Tudor Washington Collins (b.1898, d.1970) in 1934.

 

This image shows a man rowing a dinghy across a harbour, with branches and possibly a seabird perched on one appearing in the foreground, while boats, a wharf with a building, houses, and trees are visible in the background.
