[Group of people with fishing nets]

This photograph was taken by Tudor Washington Collins (b.1898, d.1970) in 1939.

 

This image shows a group of about twenty people, mostly men, holding a large net while standing mainly in water with a few on the shoreline; a motorized dinghy is partially showing to the far left, and hills and trees are appearing in the background.

 

The photographic medium is gelatin dry plate negative, measuring 82 mm x 107 mm (1/4 plate), on glass. It is classified under negatives/photographs/AAT Visual Works.
