This photograph was taken by Tudor Washington Collins (b.1898, d.1970) in 1946.

 

This scene depicts a high-angle view of a man and a woman sitting in a dinghy with two oars lying across it; the man is reaching over the side holding a fish, and the woman is wearing gloves while holding fishing wire extending into the sea.

 

The photographic medium is gelatin dry plate negative, measuring 107 mm x 82mm (1/4 plate), on glass. It is classified under negatives/photographs/AAT Visual Works.
