This photograph was taken by Tudor Washington Collins (b.1898, d.1970), possibly in the 1940s.

 

This image focuses on a military boat with "U.S. ARMY J. 301" written on its side, showing five people on board, while two other boats marked "17" and "12" and an island are appearing in the background.
