This photograph was taken by Tudor Washington Collins (b.1898, d.1970) in 1939.

 

This scene depicts a body of water containing aquatic plants and surrounded by trees and plants, with a wire-and-post fence, grass, tents, and automobiles showing in the foreground, while hills and further water are appearing in the background.
