Marshall Space Flight Center Dedication
On September 8, 1960, President Dwight Eisenhower travelled to Huntsville, Alabama for the dedication of NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. The ceremony was attended by the General George C. Marshall’s widow, Katherine Marshall, and included the unveiling of a granite bust of the General and statesman.
