STS-83 Pilot Susan Still
STS-83 Pilot Susan L. Still (now Kilrain) emerges from a T-38 cockpit as she and other members of the STS-83 crew arrive at Kennedy Space Center's Shuttle Landing Facility in preparation for the mission's Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test in March 1997.
Kilrain is the veteran of two space flights, flying as the pilot of STS-83 in April 1997 and of STS-94 in July of that same year. She logged over 471 hours in space.
