Plum Brook Station 42-Inch Hypersonic Tunnel Facility

(CD-10104-11): This drawing details the 150-foot-long diffuser, cooler, and steam ejector assembly that exhausts the HTF’s test gas while simulating altitudes as high as 120,000 feet in the test chamber. Steam is supplied by one of the center’s boiler houses through a 30-inch pipe.
