Engine Research Building Wind Tunnels

(C-1955-40815): A general view of the 1x1-Foot Supersonic Wind Tunnel as originally built in Room 1 NW. Flow is left to right. The truss suspended from the ceiling supports the top plate used with all of the nozzle blocks. Two of the nozzle block elevator’s vertical guide rails are visible below it.
