Space probes

Space probes are sent on scientific space exploration mission in which the spacecraft leaves Earth and explores space. These Spacecraft that explore other worlds are robotic. They include orbiters, which study other worlds while orbiting or flying past them, landers. which touch down on other worlds and study them from their surface, and rovers, which can drive around on other worlds. NASA's space probes have revealed many of the Solar System's mysteries, and will continue to provide new insights into its planets. The Voyager and Pioneer space probes are now traveling beyond our solar system as the most distant objects humanity has ever produced.
