General View of Rosario

Image Description from historic lecture booklet: "Rosario is one of the chief wheat ports of Argentina. It is situated on the south bank of the Parana river, about three hundred miles by water from Buenos Aires. It is about the size of Omaha. It is built right on the banks of the river, which is here so deep that great ocean streamers can sail through the Rio de la Plata and the Parana up to it."
