Image Description from historic lecture booklet: "Auto trucks and wagons of several kinds are mixed in the group which come in early in the forenoon with the pigs for slaughter at the bacon factory. These pigs are of a certain type and size which have been fed and managed according to more scientific methods than any which have ever been considered in America. Cooperative marketing in Denmark means cooperating to produce the right thing in the right way and then in putting it on the market--but not in fixing prices. Their idea is merchandising--not monopolizing."
