AG and SEL visit 529th CSSB training for federal mobilization
Maj. Gen. Daniel E. Long, Jr., the Adjutant General of Virginia, and Command Sgt. Maj. Dennis A. Green, the Virginia National Guard's senior enlisted leader, visit Soldiers from the Virginia Beach-based 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group as they conduct training March 17, 2014, at Fort Pickett to prepare for their upcoming federal mobilization in Kuwait. The training lane focused on reacting to enemy contact, evacuating a casualty and calling for medical evacuation. During their visit, both Long and Green thanked the Soldiers for their service and offered advice for the deployment.
