Civil Affairs Soldiers compete for 'Best Warrior' title at Camp Pendleton
U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers compete in the weapons qualification portion of the combined 350th and 353rd Civil Affairs Command Best Warrior Competition March 26, 2014, at Camp Pendleton, Va. The four -day competition featured Army Reserve Civil Affairs Soldiers from around the country. In addition to a live fire range, Camp Pendleton offers nine virtual trainers, an obstacle course, land navigation course, wooded training areas, a helipad and an amphibious landing site. Its facilities are used year round by Army and Air National Guard units, active duty and reserve personnel form every branch of the military, high school and college ROTC programs, Virginia state agencies and local community groups.
