Soldiers in Rappel Master Course undergo final evaluation
Soldiers undergo the Aircraft Command and Control Evaluation as part of the U.S. Army’s Rappel Master Course taught by instructors from 1st Battalion, 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute April 11, 2014, at Fort Pickett. The five-day course certifies Soldiers as rappel masters and qualifies them to conduct both ground and aircraft rappelling operations, train personnel to rappel and also inspect the rigging used before rappel operations begin.
