Members of the Portsmouth-based 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry Regiment,

116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team test their tactical communication

abilities as part of communications exercise, or COMMEX, Aug 3. 2014, near

Richmond, Va. The exercise tested internal communication capabilities

along 90 miles of Interstate 64 in preparation for potential emergencies

and disasters which could cause a lane reversal on the interstate.
