Recruiters take the Guard Fitness Challenge
Virginia Army National Guard Recruiters learn to use the newly fielded SpeedStation™ equipment April 23, 2015, at the Petersburg Readiness Center, Petersburg, Va. The challenge is a customizable fitness program designed to provide recruiters opportunities to interact with fitness-minded individuals in a fun, interactive setting. The equipment can accommodate between 8 and 32 individuals at once. The program is also geared towards supporting currently serving Soldiers by testing and calculating fitness and athleticism levels, improving overall fitness, achieving a full-body workout, engaging in teamwork, developing competitiveness and learning proper form and injury prevention. A number of these stations will be fielded to each recruiting station as well as readiness centers throughout Virginia. (Photo by Capt. Andrew J. Czaplicki, Virginia Guard Public Affairs)
