116th MET prepares for deployment at Fort Hood

Col. Todd Hubbard, commander of the 116th Military Engagement Team, promotes Maj. Jaycee Shaver, the team’s executive officer, to lieutenant colonel April 5, 2016, at Fort Hood, Texas, where the team is conducting mobilization training. The 116th MET previously completed three weeks of training at Fort Pickett, Virginia, and is completing additional training requirements at Fort Hood.
