Virginia National Guard Soldiers of the 116th Military Engagement Team train on international negotiation techniques the first week of April, at Fort Hood, Texas. At the completion of the course, Col. Todd Hubbard, commander of the 116th Military Engagement Team, recognized the course instructors for their efforts. The 116th MET previously completed three weeks of training at Fort Pickett, Virginia, and is completing additional training requirements at Fort Hood.
