Virginia National Guard Soldiers of the 116th Military Engagement Team begin to load out their gear April 9, 2016, at Fort Hood, Texas. The 116th MET previously completed three weeks of training at Fort Pickett, Virginia, and is completing additional training requirements at Fort Hood.
