Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, recognizes Air Force Master Sgt. Todd R. Moore for his contributions to the construction Camp Pendleton's new multi-purpose building Nov. 2, 2017, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The 9,000 square foot structure built by the Virginia Beach-based 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer, or RED HORSE will serve as site for training, simulations and possible staging for domestic operations.
