New multi-purpose building officially opened at Camp Pendleton

Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, gives remarks following the ribbon cutting to officially open a new multi-purpose building Nov. 2, 2017, at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
