AG recognizes Vietnam Veterans

Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, presents Vietnam Veteran lapel pins during an informal recognition May 14, 2018, after the ribbon cutting for the new Virginia National Guard Joint Force Headquarters at Defense Supply Center Richmond in Chesterfield County, Virginia. They were recognized in sight of the UH-1 Huey helicopter on display outside the new headquarters as a tribute to all Vietnam Veterans in honor of their service and sacrifice. The Virginia Department of Veterans Services provided the pins. Williams also recognized veterans from the 986th MEDEVAC Detachment. (U.S. National Guard photo by Cotton Puryear)
