Brig. Gen. Steven T. Scott retires from the United States Army after more than 34 years of service at a ceremony held June 2, 2016, at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond, Virginia. Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, presented Scott with the Legion of Merit, a U.
