Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, visits with Soldiers assigned to the Portsmouth-based 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, also known as the Saber Squadron, June 11, 2018, as the conduct annual training at Fort Pickett, Virginia.
