Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, recognizes the contributions of Virginia Air National Guard Chief Master Sgt. Jimmy D. Kidd toward the contstruction of a new multi-purpose building at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on Nov. 2, 2017. The 9000 square foot structure was build by the 203d RED HORSE squadron, from Virginia Beach, VA, to serve as site for training, simulations and possible domestic operations.
