New multi-purpose building officially opened at Camp Pendleton

Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, recognizes retired Army Master Sgt. Scott Temple for his contributions to the construction Camp Pendleton's new multi-purpose building Nov. 2, 2017, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The 9,000 square foot structure built by the Virginia Beach-based 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer, or RED HORSE will serve as site for training, simulations and possible staging for domestic operations.
