A color guard of Virginia National Guard Soldiers in World War I uniforms leads the parade at the inauguration of Dr. Ralph Northam as the 73rd Governor of Virginia Jan. 13, 2018, in Richmond, Virginia. They commemorate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. entry into World War I observed in 2017.
