1033rd Soldiers train on mission essential tasks, conduct live-fire range
Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Cedar Bluff-based 1033rd Engineer Company, 276th Engineer Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group train on survivability and construction operations mission essential engineer tasks and conduct blank and live-fire platoon-level base defense ranges May 2-3, 2018, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Earlier this year, the Soldiers used engineer heavy equipment to dig fighting positions on Range 20 where they fired blank and live ammunition.
