Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to Charlottesville-based Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team execute a squad training exercise to enhance their operational capability and build small unit cohesion March 3, 2018, at Fort A.P.
