Noncommissioned officers and Soldiers compete for top spot in Virginia
The Virginia Army National Guard conducted its Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Competition, March 27 - 28, 2010 at Fort Pickett, Va. Nine Soldiers and NCOs participated in events including an Army Physical Fitness Test, engagement skills trainer rifle range, various Warrior Tasks, and a review board conducted by command sergeants major from commands throughout the state.
