Virginia Guard’s Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion conducts change of command ceremonies
The Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion conducted a series of change of command ceremonies April 18, 2010 in Richmond as part of the unit’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Weekend. Capt. Andrew Tipton turned over command of the Forward Support Company to 1st Lt. Larry Sutton and Capt. Rolando Rodriquez relinquished command of the Headquarters Service Company to Capt. CPT Demetrius Parrott. Lt. Col. Chrystor Atkinson took command of the 276th Engineer Battalion from Lt. Col. James Zollar.
