Virginia Guard commemorates 66th anniversary of D-Day with special observance event in Winchester
Maj. Thomas D. Howie’s grandson Davis Lea of Lexington, Maryland, adds soil from the grounds from the old Staunton Military Academy where Howie taught and coached football.
