Zollar promoted to brigadier general

Col. James A. Zollar is promoted to brigadier general May 7, 2020, at the Virginia National Guard Sgt. Bob Slaughter Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. Zollar succeeds Brig. Gen. K.
