Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs Carlos Hopkins, Deputy Secretary Kathleen Jabs and Brig. Gen. James W. Ring, Director of the VNG Joint Staff, visited the facility and thanked the troops for their hard work and dedicated service, and Hopkins and Jabs both had test samples collected.
