James Ring, Director of the Virginia National Guard Joint Staff, visit with Soldiers and Airmen concluding COVID-19 sample collection missions July 24, 2020, at the S. Gardner Waller Depot in Richmond, Virginia. The Soldiers and Airmen are assigned to the Richmond-based 34th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives Enhanced Response Force Package, which has been conducting COVID-19 sample collections for testing since April 2020.
