VNG Soldiers get connected during JISCC training

Soldiers and civilians assigned to the information technology and communication sections of the Virginia National Guard joint staff, Army Guard staff and Virginia Department of Military Affairs set up and test operations of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability system during a training session Nov. 7, 2020, at the Bob Slaughter Headquarters at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The JISCC system provides communications capabilities for VNG personnel and emergency responders during an emergency, including internet connectivity and telephone services.
