Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, delivers remarks and lays an Army wreath at a Wreaths Across America ceremony presented by the Horton Wreath Society and hosted by the Virginia Wing, Civil Air Patrol Dec. 19, 2020, at the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia.
