Thunder Soldiers gather at Capitol for group photos, enlistment extensions

Kenneth Shelley, Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Norfolk-based 1st Battalion, 111th Field Artillery Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, receive the Honorable Order of St. Barbara from Lt. Col. James E. Reinhold, the battalion commander, Feb. 2, 2021, at the steps on the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.
