Ceremony introduces new Virginia National Guard HQs shoulder patch

The Virginia state crest, shown here on the 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion unit colors, was adopted by the Virginia Convention July 5, 1776, and has been featured on Virginia National Guard regimental unit colors since World War I.
