The World War II-era Duck, an amphibious modification of a 2.5-ton truck, joins other macro artifacts on permanent display outside of the headquarters building. The Duck was obtained by the VNG History Program and received refurbishing at MATES before transportation and display. A group of volunteers called the Friends of the Guard will finish preserving the historic vehicle. (U.S. National Guard photo by Mike Vrabel)
