229th BEB competes in Warrior Stakes during annual training
Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Fredericksburg-based 229th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, conduct urban warfare operations as part of the battalion’s Warrior Stakes competition during their annual training June 8, 2022, at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. The team-based competition also included movement to contact, mounted operations and obstacle emplacement events.
