Virginia National Guard senior leaders provide an information and capabilities overview brief to the Ambassador of Finland to the United States and to the Finnish Defense, Military, Naval and Air Attaché Nov. 14, 2022, at Joint Force Headquarters - Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.
