Sheldon completes final UH-60 flight
Lt. Col. James Sheldon, the Virginia National Guard’s state aviation officer, completes his final flight on board a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter Feb. 24, 2023, at the VNG’s Army Aviation Support Facility in Sandston, Virginia. Following the flight, Sheldon returned to a crowd of family members, friends, senior leaders and colleagues who congratulated him on his retirement.
