Staff Sgt. Avery Liller is the NCO of the Year for the West Virginia National Guard. He is a 31B Military Police Officer assigned to the WVNG Department of emergency services. With nine years of military service, Liller’s recent accomplishments include completing the Highland Sky 40 Miler.
