Army National Guard noncommissioned officers and Soldiers representing five states and Washington, D.C. conduct a 13-mile ruck march and Army Warrior Tasks in the Region II Best Warrior Competition May 16, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The Soldiers and NCOs of the Year from Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia are competing at the regional level for the right to represent the region at the national-level competition.
