Sgt. Marquise Clemment is the NCO of the Year for the Delaware National Guard. He is a 25H Network Communications Specialist assigned to the 198th Expeditionary Signal Battalion. With four years of military service, Clemment’s recent accomplishments include completing the requirements to become a U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer.
