EIB, ESB training kicks off at Fort Barfoot with patrol tasks

U.S. Army Soldiers train on patrol tasks in preparation for Expert Infantryman and Expert Soldier Badge testing June 7, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The training, hosted by the Staunton-based 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, included approximately 125 Soldiers from the Virginia and Kentucky Army National Guard; the Fort Meyer-based 3rd Infantry Regiment, known as the Old Guard; Fort Liberty, North Carolina; and Finland.
