Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Fort Barfoot-based 157th Engineer Platoon, 276th Engineer Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conduct quarry operations June 8, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The 157th is a quarry unit, one of four in the Army National Guard, and is primarily composed of Soldiers holding either the 12N horizontal construction engineer or 12G quarrying specialist military occupational specialties.
